Very kind hosts. Spotless rooms, perfect location close to the central street. Nice pool and very good coffee on place. Highly recommended.

All staff were pleasent and very helpful with great recommendations of where to eat, visit etc. Room was cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels made available if required. Sunbeds were really comfortable and the pool bar was an added bonus.

A lovely week staying in Skiathos. Althaea rooms are just like the photos show… beautifully presented and maintained to a high standard. Alkis and the family team are extremely attentive and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend a stay there.

We stayed at Althaea for a week as a family and we were perfectly satisfied with the property. The rooms were immaculate on arrival and beautifully cleaned each morning. The staff were super helpful and kind, helped us with local recommendations, taxi bookings etc. While breakfast is not included in the stay, the property’s cafe has excellent breakfast options which was very convenient. The location is also great! It is a 2min walk to the beginning of the main “shopping” street, 15mins walk from the old port and 10min taxi from the airport. We would choose Althaea again if we came back to Skiathos!

Everything about it was amazing. Super clean, lovely little bar/snack bar. Even received a complimentary bottle of water each with breakfast. Nina & Aldis were perfect hosts. Always hospitable, happy & smiling. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Most definitely one of the most amazing places we have stayed. Lovely modern bedroom and great bathroom with fantastic power shower. Great pool area with the best ever, most comfortable sun beds. Would definitely recommend and we will most certainly go back.

The property is well situated and close to all amenities. It has a great layout and the place is immaculate. Staff are extremely courteous and very attentive. The accommodation is spacious and the rooms are kept very clean by the exceptional staff.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

We loved everything about this place! Nina and Alkis were perfect hosts and went out of their way to look after us. The rooms were stunning and were spotlessly clean. Location was fabulous being just a three minute walk to the town. We will definitely be returning!!

The hotel is fresh and very well kept. The manager and team made us feel very welcome throughout. We had a lovely, spacious double room with two bathrooms and the hotel is just a 5 min easy walk from centre. We highly recommend.
