We stayed at Villa Italia for 2 nihgts, and we really enjoyed it. Starting with the overall design all the way to little details ( free bikes, list of reccommendations). Very kind and forthcoming staff. It was a faboulous surprise in Cesenatico.

Very private…good soundproofing ..good location ..very nice and friendly staff…very modern and sophisticated..very clean…

No bar or breakfast possibilities…that makes it quite cold and inpersonal…unless you want to be really alone and private…check in times not very convenient..15 euro per day for parking is the same price as parking on the road…

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the building in general, as well as the style of the furniture. The staff is very friendly and was helpful in the late check-in process, exceeding its standard duties and reserving a table at a restaurant in the area.

Location and cleanliness

Parking. Too many cars parked everywhere. Impossible to go out easily. Needs to be imporved as a parking fee is charged to the residents.

CESENATICO was a surprise, a very pleasant one! What a beautiful town and Villa Italia complimented it magnificently! The property is modern, beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The staff was amazingly helpful from the time I made the reservation until the time we checked out. The canal and restaurants are a five minute walk. I highly recommend it if you are anywhere in the area.
