Sara greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and pleasant greeting. She also made a lunch reservation for us. The hotel has a great location. The modern bedroom and bathroom were large and very clean.

I loved the style and interior design choices. The bed was really comfortable and room very spacious. Very nice having a small balcony directly in the bedroom too. Especially the people at the reception and the cleaning lady are all wonderful and very friendly people. I felt very welcome and the all made our stay way better!

My only observations are about some practicality issue. Since we were 4 people staying, there is no space to hang 4 bathrobes in the bathroom or anywhere and is the same issue with towels. Also I'd remove the double curtain in the bathroom and add something different to obscure the window there where needed. That curtains are quite annoying when you try to use the WC. Last thing would be adding nets on the windows since there are a lot of mosquito in the area.

Best location, especially for the restaurants along the canal, including the Michelin star one. You can park the car inside with safe. When lucky, a rental bike available, under free of charge.

Noise from the bar nearby till midnight, so, double window was needed. The bed was too soft for me. Better tell in advance about the payment method for the case of before 9am check-out, due to the staff availability.
