Pulizia, manutenzione delle aree verdi, dotazione degli appartamenti, cortesia del personale.

La copertura del segnale Wi-Fi è pessima. Si riceve praticamente solo dall' area piscina. Il ristorante, che fa musica ad alto volume e per intere giornate, dovrebbe adeguarsi alla tranquillità che offre la struttura.

posizione, natura circostante

in pratica una discoteca interna sulla piscina che con musica ad alto volume ha disturbato soprattutto nel weekend il sonno: il bello è che il regolamento interno prevede momenti di assoluto silenzio dalla mezzanotte mentre la musica ad alto volume si è protratta fino alle 00.30 disturbando il sonno di chi come noi è solito alzarsi la mattina presto per escursioni in natura. Se lo avessi saputo prima non avrei mai prenotato in una simile struttura - bisogna DICHIARARE che c'è una discoteca interna perchè NON tutti GRADISCONO - naturalmente mi riservo azioni legali
