Excellent communication with the owner prior to our stay and during the time we were at the property. He could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were given 20% discount vouchers for the Aquapark, which we were able to use on the already discounted senior ticket price! Nothing was too much trouble - he was very flexible and patient. His administrator was also very helpful and kind. She doesn't speak English but we managed no problem, with a little help from. Google Translate! The house itself is located in a very attractive and quiet residential area, a short walk, about 10 minutes, from the centre. There are 4 different apartments. We were in apartment 2 on the ground floor. The apartment has a separate bedroom and living space. It was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped and there was space to cook, if we had wanted to. There was a proper dining table with 4 chairs and a comfy sofa. The bed was comfortable and there were extra blankets if required. The bathroom was functional with plenty of shelves to put toiletries. The shower was great, powerful and lots of hot water. No cold showers here! The property is set in a beautiful garden. It would be wonderful to stay during the summer to fully enjoy the terrace.

One night our upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy but fortunately the next day they had gone and peace reigned!

The host was very friendly. To my surprise, he also spoke German. The flat was very clean and very quiet. There are several supermarkets nearby. There is also a bus stop a few minutes away e.g. if you want to visit Grutas Park. (No. 2A) The central bus station can be reached in 15 min. - for people who arrive by public transport. :) Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Zu meiner Überraschung hat er gut deutsch gesprochen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war sehr ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle in wenigen Minuten Entfernung. Der Busbahnhof ist in 15 min. zu erreichen - falls jemand nicht mit dem Auto anreist.

Everything was great. Alles war ausgezeichnet.
