Lovely place all round, communications with the manager worked well.

Would have enjoyed a TV. As the sound proofing is non-existent you really rely on neighbours to keep voice levels down.

Very nice and cosy apartment. Beautiful garden and the house it self. You have all you need for a comfortable stay.

The only big problem is the sound isolation. You can hear every word of your neighbours. So if your daily routine doesnt match it might be super uncomfortable.

Price and location.

beds upstairs were ok. parking spot is difficult to maneuver.

Very good location - quiet but at the same within a walking distance to all the action - aquapark, main alley, parks and river Nemunas. Place has all the amenities and you can prepare meals etc.

If you're very sensitive sleeper - it really depends on your neighbours if you will have a good sleep - you may hear them as insulation is not as perfect as it would be in brick/concrete buildings.
