"Very good"

Location was perfect, just 5 min walk from the center. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very spacious and clean room.

One thing that certainly needs to be improved is to supply full cosmetics as shampoo, new soap for each new guest in the room, body cream. The price would certainly allow for this.

Location is very good, it is close to the center of the city, and at the same time it's very quiet. I liked the breakfast that was included in my stay. The host is a very friendly and nice person. I would book it again next time I have to travel to Ulaanbaatar.

"Poor wifi, bad customer service, good location"

Good location for walking around Ulaanbaatar. Useful kitchen and convenience store on first floor.

Wifi was absolutely terrible, almost impossible to work from my room. The bathroom door lock got stuck and I called them numerous times and it took 5 hours to come help me unlock it. Property was very hard to find. Office was rarely open. Didn't take credit card for payment. Elevator is not useful for 1st or 3rd floor.
