The staff was so friendly and helpful and I loved the location!!

I rented a spacious studio suite on the third floor of this grand guesthouse in old town Puerto Vallarta. The room had a lovely balcony with a great view of Banderas Bay, especially the killer sunsets. There was nothing cramped about this space, which includes a small kitchenette (coffee maker and fridge!) along with a private soaker tub outdoors. There’s a nice pool, very friendly and professional staff, indoor and outdoor seating, a marble staircase and my room had A/C, ceiling fan and TV (never turned it on). I had a leg injury so its location at the top of a hill was more isolating, but accommodation was otherwise quite good.

Fantastic views - great for watching fireworks. Large room Only 6 rooms Quiet area of PV. WhatsApp communication Staff was great when we saw them. But it is a great bargain now. Six fairly deluxe suites with fabulous views.

The building is starting to feel a bit rundown, although it is very clean. The building is for sale.

We got room no 2. It had terrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. We had a very unpleasant time.

The location was nice, we had an amazing patio with sunset views. If you can’t do hills it was a bit of a trek but close to the melecon. The bed was super comfy and the pool area was nice. The kitchen was basic but had pretty much everything you needed, we only cooked breakfasts so it was perfect.

There wasn’t a whole lot of storage in the room, only 2 hangers and nowhere to really put your clothes. The property is for sale so it definitely needs a little tlc, the price was a bit high.

What a beautiful little place! So many unexpected touches and lovely details like the handpainted floral murals and marble floors. Nice pool area with ocean view. Stocked kitchenette with an absolutely silent refigerator! And a great location for walking PV. We loved our stay.

The location was pretty close to everything but it has pros and cons being in the hill. The view from the balcony is beautiful and peaceful but walking back and forth from the main street can be a bit of a work out! The hotel can really use some TLC's.

The smell in the bathroom was terrible, back up sewage? Little ants and fruit flies all over the kitchen at times. The unit wasn't very clean. My feet got pretty dirty walking around barefoot. Spider webs and spiders by the ceiling... To

The layout and the facilities (general). Very comfortable bed. Loved the dramatic-locale...however... May need some advertising about the need for a taxi that knows the exact address (several thought they could drop us off, a block short, on the south side of the building,. which is 80 steps from the front door ....and also to get out & about in the city. May need an info-sheet inside the front door.

Feel like the owner isn't paying attention. We were left standing at the front door for 15 minutes, and in the late evening, with a key that didn't work, and wondering how to get into the residence. A friendly-greeting would help. Need two copies of the key...for two or more guests. May need to be SPECIFIC in the advertising that mobility-impaired older people may have real problems negotiating this locale. I was house-bound for 3 days, and couldn't shop for the necessary food. Because there isn't a useful telephone, couldn't get hold of a taxi. There were ants coming into the kitchen--and on the cooking counter. Needs a few more things in the kitchen, in particular basic condiments like salt-&- pepper, and sugar, in little packets.
