Going in and out of the vicinity due to a card problem and wasn't resolved after it was brought up to the front counter.

Everything was just ok.

Spent 2nites without realized the pool under maintenance. How frustrated. The aircond in 1of the room was nt cold. No floor mop provided. The pan was rusty. The bathroom bidet pipe was broken.
