Room was clean and nice

Bathroom was dirty and had slime and grime

20 mins away from 2nd link Malaysia checkpoint. Ease of access to Legoland just 5 mins by car to free parking at Mall of Medini. A small supermarket at ground floor of the building name Somerset just at the side opposite of Mall of Medini. Stayrene Management was always awesome, they whatsapp to ask ETA, name, IC / passport number & vehicle number. On the ETA time, they drop another WhatsApp to check if we have arrived. The security there is very good. The guards are always on their feet to make the flow in & out very smooth & quickly run to us whenever we got stuck at the barrier (we didn't quite know how to use to card to activate the barrier. We were waving the card silly!). The apartment: LOVE the washer dryer combo! We came & left with clean clothes. Aircon was super cold. View was awesome. When cooking, turn on the hood switch on the wall then pull out the hood then it will turn on. Previously, I thought it broke until I discover how to by accident.

None of the staff at reception looked happy to work. Not rude, just absolutely no smile & warmth. I contacted the management via booking.com the day before check-in to change from King studio to 2 room apartment as my mom wanted to join me. Asked the indian lady at reception to check if I can use my RM50 voucher to offset the required top up of RM100 to change booking. None of them 3 ladies know how to help me. At that same time, the management whatsapp me to ask if I have reached, so I asked through that instead. I checked out with the same lady with all same attitude. The apartment: Master bedroom bathroom bidet no spray head. Had to turn the tap on & off to use. Common bathroom bidet pipe switch leaking. The toilets have a few water marks making it looked old. 1 or 2 bedside light head was loose. They were large & easy to accidentally elbow it while sleeping. Also please help to sign out the accounts that was logged in on YouTube if it belongs to guests & not the management. I stayed twice in two different apartment & both times the YouTube was already signed in by someone's account. Wi-Fi speed could be better.
