Location

The room was not clean Late check out was not considered despite me explaining the reason. I checked into the apartment almost 2am after work and I requested for the check out to be extended to 1pm. It was declined and of course I couldnโ€™t check out on time. And as a result, they deducted my deposit for late check out! Although itโ€™s only RM30, but the fact that no consideration despite a valid reason given, is a major disappointment!
