Sarasota Residential Resort cluster 4 Unit 6B and 6C by Manny Newport Blvd, across NAIA T3 & near Resorts World Manila, Pasay City

The only issue is that the building is under renovation .. we have to pass through the basement of another building in order to get into our building .The accommodation itself was perfect for us . Good water pressure, hot shower , clean room , a/c was cold. The owner helped us ( together with the security guard ) with our luggages. The owner was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely book it .

It was just inconvenient/ hassle getting into the accommodation because of the ongoing building construction .

Great location, very food value for money

Great location as very close to Terminal 3. It seemed safe to walk early morning (e.g. around 330am) from location to airport entrance (about 5 minutes walk). Area was well lit and saw other people going to airport. Manny was flexible with the check-in time. Accomodation was clean. It got washing machines and kitchen (though, I did not use them as only stayed a night).

Quick walk over airport bridge to accomodation, exceptionally clean. Easy check in and very friendly service.
