Sarasota Residential Resort cluster 4 Unit 6B and 6C by Manny Newport Blvd, across NAIA T3 & near Resorts World Manila, Pasay City

Only the location because nearby the NAIA T3 my flight is early morning

The route going to the building is too far due to ongoing construction

Host was fantastic - responsive to every and any query I had. We arrived out the front and he was there to greet us and take us to our rooms, assist with bags and make sure we had everything. Lot of security guards both an entrance to property and around - all very nice and helpful. Unit was great for a night with kitchen, dining, lounge area and bedroom with bathroom. Room was lovely and cool when we arrived. Was exactly like photos.

Only thing I could think of was that it was a little bit hard to stop out the front, but our driver just pulled up and we got out really quickly. The security guards at property entrance also helped us.

Closeness to the terminal 3 airport.

The owner/contact person was really helpful, He make sure he will find me from the Main Entrance of the Sarasota to assist me with my luggages.

A good address. The flat is big and clean. The owner is kind. Just 5 minutes by walking when you go out from the airport by the bridge
