私たちは3部屋を予約しましたが、実際に案内されたのはベッド2台とソファベッド2台がある1室のみでした。このような部屋割りは、性別の都合上適切ではありませんでした。 スタッフに相談したところ、もう1部屋を用意すると言われ、「鍵を取りに行くので5分ほど部屋で待ってください」と案内されました。しかし、その後1時間以上待っても戻って来られず、何の連絡もありませんでした。 当日は深夜0時を過ぎての到着で、翌朝は早朝便の予定がありました。また、Bookingを通じてホストにも連絡を試みましたが、返答はありませんでした。そのため、やむを得ずソファベッドで休むことになりました。 その後、午前2時半〜3時頃になってようやくスタッフが来て「もう1部屋が利用可能」と言われましたが、その時間から移動するのは非常に不便であったため、お断りしました。 結果として、実際に利用したのは1部屋のみです。未使用となった残り2部屋分の宿泊料金については、返金を求めます。今回の対応は、連絡の不備および対応の遅さにより、大変不満の残るものでした。

I didn't like the fact that the room has cockroaches ..

The place was a dump! Looks like it’s run by slumlords. Everything was cheap and broken. All the furniture, doors and windows were scratched up and missing pieces. You can feel the frame through the thin mattress on the pullout bed. The main bed had no box spring and was uncomfortable. The ac was leaking and smelled. The control was in Chinese. The kitchen drain was leaking into a bucket. There were a couple of cockroaches running around. You can hear the people playing in the pool and playground. The staff didn’t speak English and wasn’t helpfully at all. I reached out to the owner via the number provided and got no answer. Then I emailed them and again no answer. This place is a major dump and I highly recommend going somewhere else!
