Location, space, how clean it was, communicition was great

Nothing to dislike

Great location - walkable area, lots of restaurants, parking.

Always hungry due to proximity of restaurants!:)

Absence of air conditioning

The location, the apartment was really clean.

It’s not allowed to smoke on the balcony, so if you’re a smoker it’s a bit annoying. But they do have benches in the front so it’s not really a problem.

Location is good - less than a minute walk from the Aerobus stop and close to a number of restaurants, shops and the ocean. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Good comms with management.

No A/C in 30-degree heat offers little respite. The road was noisy and restaurant across the road offered loud live music (of questionable quality), which meant we avoided staying in the room til late hours. For some reason each power outlet was single and in random places, requiring some logistical planning when charging a phone at the same time as having a table light or fan on.

Location is central in the tourist area: easy access to the Lido, restaurants and huge supermarket nearby.

The flat was extremely hot and the fan provided was not enough. We were also given a studio flat right by a massive vent which we believe has something to do with hotel next door. So opening the windows at night for some breeze was not an option.

The apartment was located a bit out of the city center which we were looking for - it was facing the street with some traffic, however it was really quiet. Had a good night sleep without hearing anything! The hostess welcomed us nicely and shared relevant information. Rooms were clean and spacious! There was also a small balcony which was a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and had all the things we needed. Will come back when we will visit Madeira in the future!

The living room furniture had become a bit old (some stains on the couch), otherwise looked really clean.
