The WiFi didn't work properly and had to keep changing access points . Some times, they didn't work at all on any of the access poonts. Although charged for A/C but it was in one room and not very good. The water pressure in the bide was awful.

Clean, spacious apartments. Well equipped kitchen, huge shower. Reception desk was able to organize a check in an hour earlier.

A bunch of items are not actually included. A safe, air conditioning and coffee machine is 7 euro extra (per day). On some days, after breakfast - we were asked to bring plates to the kitchen ourselves. On other days - completely opposite. There was a person making sure - guests pay immediately after having breakfast.

My home apartment was an excellent hotel it was spotlessly clean amazing staff especially the barman not naming him he knows who I'm talking about such a great man thank you so much for all you done for us both we really appreciate you especially on the day my girlfriend was waiting on her transfer such a great stay nothing was to much trouble always ready to help when asked restaurant was great we loved the food great chef's excellent. We can't wait to return to alanya and especially to My Home apartment we enjoyed everything about the hotel very close to shops restaurants and celopatra beech 5minutes from hotel with WiFi available at the beach we always had great signal friendly staff at the beach with food and drinks available sunbeds and umbrella available from hotel for tickets only 40lira for sunbed and 40lira for umbrella very reasonable price and loads available I could go on and on but experience it for yourselves don't know how you would be disappointed thank you all again

Nothing everything was more than expected pool area was cleaned every day

There were friendly staff. pool and fitness are clean and convenient. The night receptionist offered me coffee, thank you very much. I am satisfied.

The sea was very wavy on the day I stayed.

I would like to say VERY BIG THANK YOU for this wonderful time in My Home Apart 🙂 I was very happy there, I came back home relaxed and full of great impressions, events and meetings. My daughter liked a lot this magical, beautiful place as well. The entire team My Home Apart is so kind and professional. Our apartment was during this time in Alanya like our own cosy flat. pillows should have had pillow protectors on as they had a sweaty smell.I went and bought a new pillow

This is an excellently run hotel. It’s very clean and the staff are friendly and very professional. Olga and Fahri are very supportive of the guests and were most helpful to us during our stay.

Nothing - I would recommend this place to everyone.
