Great location, close to the beach and Tuesday’s green market, shops and city center within the walking distance, Staff is friendly and helpful, well maintained and clean.

smoke coming out of the chimney gets to the windows in the evening. Wi Fi connection in the bedroom was pretty bad, but it was fine in the living room.

Very clean. Big place with handy little kitchen

Some staff were ok but 1 lady wouldn't make me a coffee and switch on world cup football in the cafe even though manageress told her to put it on. So i missed the 1st half looking for another local bar. Ordered pizza made us wait until she cleaned 5 tables before serving us even though we asked her to come over. There seemed nothing to do there so checked out after 3 days rather than the week we piad for.

The location is great, close to the beach. The staff were always there, very friendly and helpful. The room was always very clean, the pool was very nice. We enjoyed a lot our stay there and will definitely come back!

The WiFi connection was not so good.

The hotel is well located with easy access to Cleopatra beach, supermarkets and park area along the sea. I had a magic castle view from my 4th floor apartment. The hotel stuff was nice and helpful, the kitchen was always there to order some fresh sea fish. The hotel feels much quieter and cozier compared to big hotels like Gardenia and Riviera where I stayed a few years ago. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel at home staying in Alanya and enjoys having a spacious suite.
