Bldg 2, unit #422. Dryer and dishwasher looked like they need replacing.

I like the location and proximity to the beach. The beds were very comfortable.

I have stayed at several different condos while vacationing in Florida over the years. This was our first trip to a beach in Texas. Based on pictures online the site, this property looked comparable to previous ones where I've stayed. However, upon arrival into the unit, it seemed worn. There were several cracked floor tiles throughout. The glass door leading to the balcony was cracked. Two of the four chairs on the balcony were broken. One window shade would not roll up properly. The shower in the master bedroom seemed not to be cleaned thoroughly and there were several areas that looked to have mold/mildew in the grout. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was cracked. The bedroom with the two queen beds had a wall that was patched but not painted. I could go on but I won't.

Location is fantastic. View is great as well! The unit is on the end and feels private. The area next door is natural and the beach is open and uncrowded.

We would've loved a dishwasher in the unit. Other than that it was PERFECT!

Closeness to beach.

Room lacked items that were listed as being provided. Tennis court lacked sufficient lighting for night tennis.

Location to beach and access to rooms was great

No real complaints, cabinet door was broke. Paint could stand being touched up but it didn’t affect our stay. The wear makes it so you don’t feel like you are staying in a museum and are afraid to touch anything

The temp of the pool was perfect and the staff was friendly.

Both of my condos were not as pictured as the ones I reserved. They didn’t have the right amount of beds. The floor in the apts had a lot of sand. I hadn’t gone out to the beach yet.
