Location is great, plenty of space

The view and location to the beach.

Large water spots with bubbling of paint and dry wall on the ceiling in the living room and bathrooms. Windows were so dirty that it took away from the view. Elevator was out of service so we had to carry our bags up 4 flights of stairs.

Location to the beach was nice. Balcony was also nice to hang out during the day and at night.

“King bed” was actually two mattresses next to each other. When you tried to get out of bed one side would flip up and there was a space between mattresses when sleeping at night. Also the mattress was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. King bedspread was stained with white substances all over .

Great location!! Bed was very comfortable, clean.

It was hard to get ahold of someone to ask questions. Cabinets in kitchen need attention.

The ad for the condo is really misleading. The ad starts by showing a full renovated condo on the ground floor. With that in mind, and having a family member with disability, I booked it. During the previous days from our arrival there was a hurricane curfew in effect and we wrote several mails regarding our safety and question if our money will be reimbursed and we did not received any reply. Finally, we made it to the hotel just to realize that the condo we booked was another one ,really outdated and definitely not worth the money that was charged for it. For the cherry on top, they didn't disclosed that they were deducting a deposit fee (prior to the rental as it is charged from day 1) and we were told it would be reimbursed 5 to 7 business days. Well, I had to call Criss (the manager) after more that 20 business days had passed just to tell me she was about to go and make that deposit and took another 15 business days to get that money back. To me that feels like a scam mechanism to make it until guests forget about the deposit and then that money never gets back until you call her. We rented the property to have a nice vacation with my family member with a disability and this turned into a very uncomfortable trip as the condo was not on the same story and there were no elevators available for that unit. I would strongly recommend to have a different manager as Criss help was not existing and on top of that she addresses customers in a condescending manner (not replying emails nor calls).
