Location and view

Several dirty dishes were found, property had damage inside that I felt like I had to do a move in check list on just to make sure I didn’t get charged for it.

Spacious, close to the beach, able to view the water from the patio.

Need better secured doors. Unable to lock patio door.

Unit #409. Ocean front view was amazing! It was wonderful having coffee on the lanai watching the water and listening to the waves. Staff responded quickly to minor issues. Sonny's Beach Rentals had chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach upon request (for a fee). Ambiance lighting in every room was great when you're in such a large, unfamiliar space. The kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking at home, except a rice maker (we brought ours along with a coffee grinder. Because whole bean coffee...). Separate carts are available for bringing up groceries or luggage. Overall, a great stay!

The dishwasher needs replacing, and soon, the washing machine will too. Side note: I wish there was a better maintained finished pathway along the property to get to the Seaside Bar & Grill on the beach. Walking distance was easy, but navigating the terrain was tricky.

We liked the view from the room and closeness to beach. Private aspect was very nice. Master bed very comfortable. Location on island good.

1. Windows did not open and it was not apparent in the photos 2. Fridge should have a note in listing that the water dispenser does not function. It was disclosed with confirmation leading up to arrival, but previously we were under the impression it worked. 3. The guest bedroom leaves much to be desired. Both beds have stiff, uncomfortable mattresses and are very short. The windows leading to the atrium are both not well blocked and let much light into the room at night. Curtains would do well in that room. Hair that was not ours was found on sheets and pillows. 4. A lot of the furniture and some appliances had rust. 5. Dishwasher did not and would not turn on. 6. No key to storage room. It was just left unlocked, but had been communicated that a key was needed. 7. Cleansing products not fully stocked on arrival - ran out of shampoo and hand soap in one bathroom. 8. No holder for toilet paper on guest bathroom

Location & view were excellent. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Condo itself was nicely furnished in common areas.

There were some cosmetic / maintenance issues with unit itself. Main bedroom was missing handle on door & had a place on bathroom wall which needed repair. Second bedroom was clearly set up for kids which is great except we were 3 older adults {ages 61, 63, & 84) so the low beds were not as comfortable. 2nd bathroom had no toilet paper holder nor any toilet paper set out within reach & towel rack would fall when a towel was placed on it.

The person who in the office, was in Bad attitude.

She was rude.

It was nice and clean. The rooms were a good size.

Half of the condo was a little warm.

The location was the only thing we liked.

We arrived in the evening the date we were supposed to check in. The room door to the condo #214 was wide opened. There were fans, air humidifier and you name it all over the place. The security guard had no idea why. I contacted the person on our email (Criss) and we were told that there was a leak on the third floor but there wasn’t another condo similar to it available. There was water dripping from the ceiling. I was told we’ll get a discount and that she’ll get back to us the very next morning. No one ever checked on us. The patio door didn’t work, the tv in the master bedroom didn’t work and there were still fans, hoses and humidifiers all over the place. It was kind of stressful when you have 2 four year olds and a 6 year old with you. It’s actually dangerous!! I emailed with details and received nothing back. I ended up calling the very next day because there was no electricity. By this point or vacation was ruined. I understood the electricity issue, but I didn’t understand why in 4 days no one checked on the issues the condo already had when we arrived and to make sure everything was ok. Neither on the phone or email Criss didn’t even apologize for any inconvenience. She did when I mentioned it and stated we’ll get 1 night refunded to us. As of today, a month later, I have not received it. I received my original deposit but not the one night refund and there is no reply to my email inquiring about it. This was the worst place we’ve ever stayed in SPI and we go every year pretty much. Will not recommend. I have pictures, videos and the email that states we’ll get a refund. I can only upload a few but I have a lot more. There was one humidifier out whatever it was on the kitchen counter the whole time we couldn’t take it down because water kept dripping out of the hose so it had to stay in between the counter and with the hose in the sink. It was very hard to cook or do dishes with it in the way.

The views, location and the size of the condo met our needs. The pool was nice.

It was very very dirty and everything was broken, toliet seats, toliet paper holders broken or missing. Dishwasher didn't work at all. No ice maker. Oven number 3 on the temp setting didn't work. Dishes were put in the cabinet dirty. Cabinet door handles were filthy. Kitchen backsplash was gross with food and pubic hair. Mold and mildew in the shower tile. Only one washcloth was supplied per bathroom. Floor were not swept, we found 3 pairs of dried up contact lenses. Windows dirty with children's hand prints.
