Cleanliness of apartment and utensils for cooking are plastic, which most are melted. Little ants everywhere; countertops, walls, sofa

The location was BEACH FRONT - which was wonderful. The condo and bedrooms lay out was as expected. The host provided many things we needed - dishwasher pods, laundry pods, broom, mop, trash bags, towels.

More than a few minor things were not working in the condo - but it wasn't anything that I felt was worth bothering the owner/prop manager about. (Some knives were missing, the lightbulbs burned out, no sound on the tv.) The elevator was being serviced on check out day.

The washer was not working properly and informed them and they said they wouldn't send someone but never did.

We loved the location easy access to the beach and the condo was cheaper than most.

We arrived and our condo had not been cleaned even though they said it was. Hair everywhere the shower drains had hair in them the kitchen counters were dirty and the sheets on the beds had sand and hair all over them. We did contact the manager and they did send someone, but we had already done most of the cleaning, when the Ladie showed. There was a language barrier and we tried our best to tell her what was wrong. We ended up cleaning ourselves. The manager said the only thing they could do is give half the cleaning fee back. We accepted and went on our way. The lowest you can set the AC is 68 which the condo never reached. The living/kitchen/front room stayed very hot. The balcony lock wouldn't unlock we asked for someone to come fix it but they never came. we did end up getting it unlocked but couldn't lock it back which sucked because we had 2-year-olds with us.
