The rooms are nicely decorated, new, the location is perfect

The staff is really bad, not nice, not pro actif, after 5 pm it’s impossible to reach anyone if you have a problem

Check is easy comes in a text message if after hrs. No room key is great Everything about both building are great.

Location was good, close to the beaches. Room was clean.

They don't have room service if you book it through booking.com. We asked for clean towels and replacement for shampoo (no even room service), but never got them.

The location is just great! Very close to the beach, close to Ritz Carlton where you can have breakfast . This part of the city is very calm’’ Our windows was to the road side but not loud ( so the quality of the windows is good)

Spacious rooms, wonderful and modern kitchen and baths and furnishings. The essentials such as toilet paper and paper towel and such other things were sparse and should be more easily available or accessible. More coffee pods would be more accommodating. Relatively Close proximity to beach and umbrellas was great.

The cleaning help was a bit curt and could be friendlier. It was expected that I speak Spanish and understand everything they say. 😕 if there was a pool we never found it.
