Catalina's Got Cart Condo

Alyson, the owner and property manager, was very friendly and helpful. The best thing is we had a golf cart to use while in Avalon and the property was in a great location. Also, Alyson picked us up from the boat ramp and was readily accessible for questions we had.

Wasn't informed that pool wouldn't be available. Place needs a great deal of updating-and stand-alone ac's couldn't keep up. Was extremely warm in apartment; however, we still enjoyed our stay. (In property owner's defense, we visited on two pretty warm days.)

Alison is a wonderful hostess. She met us at the ferry dock and took us to the condo. The condo is very comfortable. It is so nice to have a golf cart to access the town. The price is very reasonable for everything that's included

The property is within walking distance to just about everything.

Part of the reason I booked this property was because it had a pool. Not all rentals have pools. The day before check in, I was informed the pool wasn’t in working order. That was disappointing but what can you do? The owner states that they informed booking.com but it wasn’t anywhere in the descriptions I read prior to booking. On top of that, the pool was under construction so not only could we not use it but we had to listen to two days of a Jack hammer - doesn’t make for a relaxing time.

Allison, the manager, was warm, welcoming and helpful. The condo was walking distance from beach, etc. Loved that it included a golf cart!

Disappointed that the pool/Jacuzzi was under construction.

The condo was spacious and comfortable; we had TV and wifi. We really enjoyed having the golf cart for our entire stay. It made this condo a real value choice.

Could have used air-conditioning.
