It was comfortable and secured

The room was not neat, it had cockroaches, please take a look at that, and also the bedding (sheet) in one of the beds was tear up or damaged.

When we complained about the fridge not working and that there was no remote control for the TV, the staff assisted us and wasted no time

The channels on the TV are very few they have about 6 channels. They don't have cartoon channels and no Mzansi Magic even Moja Love. They need to improve on that please
