The guy at the reception was very kind he knows customer care

The room that was allocated to us had cockroaches It was bad we had to turn the lights on..I never slept on the first day then I went to the reception asked for a new room ..they transferred me to a new room and it was very clean

Cleanliness of the place, balcony and location

Place seemed to be still in renovation. Booked for three people but only found stuff to use for one person. Had to ask for extra soaps and coffee
