Stelios Residence Apartments

Very very very friendly hosts! You really get the «home» feeling when staying here. Clean rooms and everything was like on photos, very happy that i chose Stelios Apartments!

The hosts are amazing! We have stayed in 9 rooms in the last 2 weeks and haven’t had a better experience with our hosts than with this stay. Upon arrival they were very kind and helpful. During the stay they helped us a lot finding restaurants and fun things to see and do. Also they make a great breakfast!! The pool area is large and clean

Situated in Old Malia- most charming part of Malia & finding the apartments was always intriguing & interesting - I don’t think I walked the same way twice through old Malia, certainly added to the trip! Beautiful! The owners couldn’t have done more to help & look after all guests (without being overpowering) myself & daughter felt very well taken care of. Property itself - was always Clean, suited to needs, quiet & private… everything you needed in the kitchenette if you wished to cook snacks, breakfast with larger supermarket 5/7min walk away. Clean towels & bedding was regular and/or you could ask for more or less days cleaning/changing to suit. We didn’t use air conditioning (didn’t want the sore throats often resulting) especially during night., simply kept room as cool as possible (climate mid to late 20’s) Wee balcony was engaging for morning coffee & evening - view of mountains & old Malia places most only 2 floors high. Pool was always clean & inviting… we could rest all day & read.

The obvious ie upto date plumbing eg toilet hence you were asked to put toilet paper in bin now down the toilet - a norm in many places & no deal breaker!

Best host ever! He was so friendly and he told us best things to do in all Crete!

We had a great host, with a lot of good tips for local restaurants and beaches, which were quite helpful. The rooms are very spacious, have a large balcony each, a small but good bathroom with great water pressure, a small kitchen and leave nothing to be desired. The pool is quite huge, and very enjoyable. Location was also amazing, Old Malia is more enjoyable than the north part of it with all the clubs, unless that is your thing. Here it was quiet and close to all the actual good restaurants.
