Everything was clean, pool was clean and big, staff amazing kindly, I must say only good things for George and Linda - great hosts! Good location in old town, not far away from the beach..

No room service at all We were 6 days with the same bed sheet

My friends and I stayed five days at Stelios and we fell in love with both the residence and the staff! Besides being right in the centre of town (Old Town) it is also close to the beach (15 min walk to the most beautiful bathing establishments). At the same time it is a very quiet area. The room was basic but clean and the pool well maintained, open from morning to night. The real gem is the super helpful staff who make you feel at home from day one. Being Italian we didn't speak the local language but Giorgios and his family made us feel like we were lifelong friends. Even spending the afternoon with them at the pool was a pleasure. Always available for any need and ready to satisfy any request whenever possible, even removing a cricket late at night! We already miss them, the residence and Malia. Unforgettable holiday also thanks to Stelios' family. We hope to return soon.

The only thing missing was soaps and equipment for cleaning and washing but you can easily bring or buy them, or ask them for them without any problem, anyway they come by every few days to give a general cleaning.

Location was great if you’re up for a 10 minute walk after the beach. Staff was SUUUUUUPER hospitable and accommodating, and always there to make sure you have the best experience possible. Also gave some good recommendations for good eats around Malia. Overall extremely pleased

The kindness of the hosts, the swimming pool, late check-in.

The shower was too small, the pool was not cleaned enough. The noise from groups of youngsters was annoying as we couldn't sleep normally. The mattress of the beds were really stiff and you could feel the spinsters. There is only 1 key per room which can be annoying, they should out a fee if people lose the key and give several copies.

the pool is really nice, and the room was so clean witj gorgeous views from the balcony. the host and host family were so so lovely and understanding! great food and drinks at the seating area and pool bar.

The staff was very kind and helpful, we loved them! :)

We only had one key, and if we left we could not recharge our phones, power banks etc., because the electricity is off when it is removed… (except the fridge of course).
