Apartamenty are very clean and ver well equipped. The Residence is in very close proximity to the Seiser Alm gondole - walking distance, safe shortcut though a forest. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hidden (note included in booking pricing) costs for linnen, towels, parking.

Privacy, clean, very close to skiing facilities and stores.

Parking was more of a challenge, it requires a rather smaller car or careful driver as parking lots are narrow and between pillars. We had a weaker wifi signal in the apartment (children complained:)

they were very helpful and provided us lots of information about everything with even things that were not about the residence

if we have to cherry pick it was a little cold in some moments cause the heater was off but it was fine most of the time
