Wonderful apartment in a really convenient location - close to nice restaurants, the bus station and easy access to colectivos. The owners were particularly kind and helpful, we had a great stay and were sad to leave.

Nothing - it was perfect.

Very well designed property. 5 minutes walk from restaurant and bars. The studio we stayed was spacious full of light all the essential in the kitchen, we also had a balcony. Very clean,perfect if you want to stay in town. We loved it!

Es ist teilweise etwas laut an der Straße - es empfiehlt sich Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen - dann sind die Nächte sehr erholsam

We only stayed one night, the room was perfect for what we wanted. The location is fantastic for the ADO and the main street with restaurants and shops. The host was so accommodating and really quick at replying on booking.com - we felt very cared for. We spent some time on the rooftop and it’s a little oasis gem in Tulum.

Nothing we didn’t like. We had a standard room so I wasn’t expecting luxury, the bed is quite small and it’s a fairly dark room being on the ground floor. Someone close by has a dog that loved to bark until 2am, so I didn’t have a great sleep.

The location is superb. Close to everything

Room 9 has an extractor fan in the bedroom that is on all night, if you want the ceiling fan on. I couldn’t workout how to turn off extractor fan but keep ceiling fan on. This might just be me being silly
