Cozy small flat close to the centre of the city.

The Good: The owners and staff are attentive, kind, and very accessible. The Wi-Fi and A/C work perfectly, and the location is central, safe, and walkable to many restaurants. Renting bikes was easy and made getting to the beach a breeze. Tip for biking to the beach: Follow the bike lane through the city center to the sidewalk along the highway, which takes you to the National Park entrance. Dismount your bike, they'll search your bag, and then you can bike along the excellent beach access road and select your beach/beach club! If the road turns to asphalt, you reach the jaguar park and you see the Guardia Civil, you’ve gone too far and can't re-enter the park without a long detour!

The Bad (The Noise): The noise was unbearable. A house directly across from Apt 7 played music at nightclub volumes at all hours (including 3 AM–5 AM). Even with earplugs and white noise, the bass was constant and exhausting. You are in the heart of a neighborhood, so expect motorcycles and dogs too. Room Notes: Beds: The main bed is very hard. The "sofa bed" is a small futon—best for those under 5’4”. Supplies: Bring your own coffee grounds (local shops mostly have instant). Cleanliness: Generally clean, though our blanket had a "sour" laundry smell and the door handles were covered in a thick oil upon arrival. The Pool: The rooftop pool is small but nice, featuring a shower and bathroom. Note that the water is very cold. There are 4 lounge chairs, but the layout is tight; if the chairs are occupied, you have to walk within an inch of them to get into the water.

Läget i stan, centralt och promenadavstånd till restauranger, barer, aktiviteter m.m. Fräscht hotell, gillade konceptet generellt. Ägaren och personalen väldigt trevliga och gillade stilen i stort. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Lägenheterna på bottenplan skulle kunna förses med bättre ljudisolering (tex en bättre dörr) för att hålla borta ljuden från gatan.

Camera molto ben arredata, pulita e dotata di ogni confort a pochi minuti a piedi dalla via principale.

This was the perfect little spot to stay and explore Tulum - it was a great location downtown near loads of restaurant and bars, clean, comfortable bed and nice clean pool on the roof to relax on. The staff were really friendly, we rented the bikes which was a nice touch.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel, en plein cœur du centre de Tulum…à quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs excellents restaurants. Nous avions le condo avec piscine privée. Tous les équipements étaient fonctionnels. C’est un condo spacieux, propre et confortable. La piscine n’est pas chauffée malheureusement par contre. Il manque de soleil sur la terrasse privée donc nous avons peu utilisé l’extérieur. Les employés sont sympathiques et réactifs. Le gérant est facilement accessible et donne de précieux conseils. C’est une plus value assurément pour découvrir Tulum et se déplacer en toute sécurité. Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits et nous retournerions à Ujo sans hésiter. La location de vélos sur place rend le séjour très agréable et facilitant.

La piscine privée qui n’est pas chauffée et le manque de soleil sur la terrasse privée.
