The appartament was nice an big. Also 1st appartament was boy working AC...SO WE HAD TO MOVE ALREADY. Also far from centro where everything is happening. Very expensive everywhere and I travel all around the world . Over rated!!

Everything pool not good. If ur not flexible.. u can't get in and out of pool...for older people...no handles. To help in and out. Very unsafe!!

The cabanas are really comfortable and private, close to the pool. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, but other than that it was perfect.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk, but I'd been there before and didn't need anyone to show me where to go, but as a new comer it might be important to have someone there

Nice buildings, good location and the guardian was super helpful even at late night.

Unluckily we found a really big spider in the beginning of the stay in the wall of the bungalow. We accepted it as we were near the jungle, but later in the evening we even found a big scorpion inside the bathroom, clearly hinting that the room wasn’t checked before our arrival. We had to leave everything and move in another hotel in the middle of the night.

Place is well kept, spacious room, very comfortable.

Spacious upstairs 1 bd apt, quiet during the week, good value with great potential in easy access location. Car/scooter/bike all essential as everywhere in Tulum, with safe parking in front. Minutes ride to great coffees and all tulum has to offer. Attendants on site a plus

Poor upkeep of unit despite great potential. Couch, centerpiece of living room had a major tear (6 in) along front edge. Major eye sore. Easily fixable with needle & string. I notified and asked for supplies to do it myself. No one bothered for 3 days I was there. Toilet seat missing screw cover, bathroom mirror chipped edges. lLack of minimal necessities like hand soap (1 minuscule bar provided), paper towels etc. Occasional power outage.

Good location, new, clean, accommodating, safe and affordable.
