AC worked well and the place looked more or less like the pictures. When we saw any staff they were friendly.

When we arrived around 19 the door was open and the reception empty. We had received a code for lockbox for our room in the booking-chat, but finding the room was not easy. Rooms are a lot smaller than advertised. 3-4m x 6-7m including toilet. Definitely not 35 or 39m2. It's like a normal hotel room and not worth calling a suite or studio. We specifically wanted a balcony and not ground floor terrace but got it anyway. There was information saying it had bath and shower but we only had a normal shower. When we were allowed to change room the second day, it was identical but one floor up. No bath and less than 30m2. The kind lady from the front desk using google translate, said the bigger rooms are listed as apartments not suites, but I couldn't see those listings anywhere. We rented a "Queen Suite Deluxe", which was no longer listed neither. No cleaning or change of towels in four nights. No reception after dark. A couple in the reception had been trying to get their room for 1,5h, hadn't received a code and couldn't reach anyone. Dont expect anything fancy. It's literally a hotel room, but with a lot less service.

Decent apartment for the price.

The pool was not cleaned while I was there so not really enjoyable.

The property was amazing overall and the pictures do not do it justice.

Although this isn't the be-all, end all. The sewage smell from the bathroom wasn't pleasant. From numerous properties I stayed in within the area, this seemed to be a reoccuring theme.

Easy to find, parking right in front, lovely grounds and pool. Super comfortable bed, good AC, the softest towels of my whole trip, and hot water of decent pressure in the shower.

I stayed in apartment 4. Note that the curtain doesn’t block the light from the pool at night. And people can see in the whole room if the curtain isn’t closed on the day. Also, plenty of constantly barking dogs throughout the night, as mentioned in other reviews. Door dies nothing to block sound. To management: Please include shampoo etc in the shower; 2 bars of soap don’t make a luxury hotel. Also, having a coffee machine in the room and a few cups don’t equate to having coffee available. If you’re going to include that, you need coffee, sugar, creamer, and spoons. Otherwise, it’s a joke.
