我最後取消住宿，所幸旅館讓我免費取消 - 原本取消還要另外收費（！）而已付的費用如網站所示，並未退還

1. 並不如網站上描述的有機場交通接駁，當我詢問時，旅館回覆：我們一般都請旅客從機場搭計程車，計程車很方便。 2.我當天是深夜凌晨抵達，跟旅館確認check-in時間時，旅館本來想多收幾乎一天的費用，反映後他們回覆是看錯我抵達的日期，以為我前一天凌晨抵達，但這幾乎是不可能發生的錯誤。 3. 訂房時我還不確定是否需要訂兩位，所以先訂一位，我訂的是公寓式房間，四個人住都沒問題，但在抵達前幾個小時詢問時，收到需要加收費用甚至需要換房的回覆。 4. booking.com和此旅館之間的溝通也有問題，兩邊互稱找不到彼此，但我已在幾個小時後需要入住，因此最後不得已只好直接取消。
