It had air conditioning and service lift.

Very bad bed headboard, wooden frame has a space that your pillow and head can go through, bad design. All toilets and kitchen had a very bad smell. Electric kettle was not working, was in desperate need to make toddler drink for a 2 year old. No welcome water bottle, was provided only 2 towels for family of five.

It was a really good place to stay in cochin. The staff of the property was really helpful and friendly. And was easily contactable. Finally if you are going for Rajagiri Hospital for treatment, the hotel is highly recommended.
