"If you are looking for peace and quiet go further out, Baguio is not quiet at night."

Due to the amount of building work going in the srea we had a few problems finding the flat as satnav got lost. A telephone provided us with the directions we needed. The roads arond the area are under stress due to the new works, with a bit if rain on them they started to break up and were practically impassable . ... very entertaining from above😄

Every little hiccup was quickly resolved, so nothing to record.

"The Rude Receptionist"

For someone who likes to stroll, I like the location of this property as everything is accessible.

For someone who likes to stroll, I like the location of this property as everything is accessible. The boy receptionist was VERY rude. When we tried to clarify our booking payment, he raised his voice as if he was talking from the other side of the room - very unprofessional. That particular receptionist should also lean phone etiquette. When we called them twice, there was no greeting, no offering of other services, and just hangs up. How could you assign somebody in the reception who doesn't know about customer service? From then on, we had a no-so-good impression about the place. We were disappointed by the receptionist and we hope the Management will do something about this.
