Lack of parking space The other bedroom is not child proof. Should install grills as well esp there is a doubledeck

Near Burnhan Park. Easy access to other parks and tourist spots by walking (session road, burnham, market, night market, sm, church, bus stops, food hauls). The staff guard is very accommodating that allow us to leave our bags after check out for we need to catch up a last minute attractions visit. Free use of the stoves. Complete kitchen accessories. Rooms is large enough that can fit to one family (good for groups).

No intercom from our room to the lobby. Even the lobby is just near, we opt to contact them via the mobile provided in the chat. It just take a while for them to answer or not at all, especially during our stay, where we need clarity on the power outage. We understand that during our stay there is a typhoon, thus power is limited. However, when we saw our surrounding area (other hotels and establishments), there were generators providing them electricity. That few hours is somehow precious to us as we cannot go outside due to typhoon, thus the only recreation we can do is to watch the tv comfortably. Thus, this should be consider and improve in the near future, so that stay of the guests here will be very pleasant and good.
