The place was truly beautiful and the staff member Thani did such an excellent work with us, she was friendly and pleasant

The water was cold and our gas stove was extremely slow

Overall structure needs to be looked at. her there was a mistake she must move us to the 2nd floor. The A/C, kettle and iron did not work. From the moment we advised the owner that the A/C was not working she stopped taking our calls. The kettle & iron were changed. However, the A/C never functioned as it should as a result I bought a fan. There are no railings for the stairs leading to the 1st floor which is extremely dangerous. The garage doors are old, dirty and manually operated. The area is extremely dark and this poses a risk. We were 3 people but we only got 1 bath towel with 2 hand towels. You will notice that the window above the kitchen sink has no curtains or blinds. The light from the next door property is bright and shines onto the bed. You can hear the people in the unit above walking, talking, playing music etc. The day of my departure I had gone out early and upon returning I was shocked to see the place already cleaned but with the same linen. Please look at the attached photos. I had to go to Durban on an emergency.

The quietness of the location. The cosy room.

Filthy, unkempt exterior. Open road parking, false promise by staff of secure parking. No soap no towels. Cold showers. No security guard.

Nothing, it was not comfortable. The pool was dirty

The rooms were nice and the sheets were always clean

The shortage of garages but it wasn’t a train smash. Also i wish the staircases from downstairs can be secured a bit especially for the sake of the kids
