Pretty was very sweet towards me. And when we asked for an extension it was nicely handled

The only thing I didn’t like was the stairs, and the fact that the tv and speaker weren’t working. Otherwise value for money.

The location is perfect, not noisy, is quiet, cool and refreshing. Secured parking was outstanding. Security level, very well....patrol guards 👌

Please arrange an option for guests to have breakfast with you. We ran out of hot water in the second day.

One hell of a holiday,no wifi as promised,no hot water unit N0:2, struggle to get hold of management and not helpful if u do get hold of them.Bring your own hot plate and pots if u plan to cook,cos gas stove doggy.one small pot.

The place is okay but could do with a little maintenance especially the garage doors.

I didn't have Wi-Fi in my room(room1) for the entire duration of my stay. TV is a smart TV and one needs Wi-Fi to watch anything. I had to use my pocket router to watch soccer (AFCON) which was more expenditure for me. Natalie the host doesn't respond to any WhatsApp she just read and ignores. the last night we ran out of gas to cook, and it was a hustle to get one.

Everything was perfect except TV channels.

TV channels are only SA ones.At least upgrade even to Dstv access one for 140.

Rooms were clean

The pool was dirty we requested it to be cleaned so we can take pictures they ignored us, the owner doesn't care about it guests only care about money, we tried to reach her several times with no lucky n she did not bother to get back to us, even the stuff does not have time, once they show you your room they done, they don't care about your complains they left them un attended
