SenDa Villa & Apartment Hoi An

Le logement est confortable, le petit déjeuner est très bon (nous avons pris les options locales) Les vélos mis a disposition sont très pratique et permet d'arriver dans le centre ville en 5min Le personnel est adorable ! Rien à redire :)

구시가에서 걸어서 다닐수 있다. 그외에는 좋은 점이 없고. 불편함만 있다. 1.5일 숙박동안 요청해서 해준 1회의 청소외에는 청소도, 물도, 수건도 제공하지않는다. 2. 절대 편안하지 못하게 눈치밥 얻어 먹고 사는 사람처럼 태클을 건다. 3. 부엌이 있지만 그릇은 아무것도 없고 빌려주겠다고 하고는 그릇 많이 가져갔다고 계속 시비건다. 4. 친구가 놀러와서 방에 잠시 머물렀다고 정원외라며 경찰에 벌금물어야 한다는 식으로 협박성 문자를 보내고 매우 높은 금액으로 된 링크를 보내어 최악의 경험을 보냈다. 5. 20여년동안 여행다니며 세계곳곳의 숙박중 아주 특별한 경험이 되었다. 6.요리중에 나는 소음을 시끄럽다고 시비걸고는 자기들은 손님들 블편과는 상관없이 여럿이 모여 시끄럽게 한다. 주변도 소음이 심하고 방음도 전혀 안된다. 7. 매우 독특한 경험을 원하는 사람은 꼭 숙박을 권한다.

두번 다시 경험하고 싶지않은 집이다.

Old city까지 도보가 가능하다.

친절하지 못한 주인. 청소도 안 해주는 집. 시끄럽고 방음 안되는 집, 성의없는 아침식사, 손님을 시비대상으로 샹각하는 주인, 다시는 안 가고 싶은 집.

A lovely family run Villa in a quiet part of Hanoi just 10minutes walk from the center of the old quarter. Very clean and comfortable with a lovely pool. Breakfast is made for you every morning from a limited menu but great variety to chose from. Lovely hosts.

All good.

Convenient, but not in the center of the city, so it was very relaxing.

The room was clean. The facility was good.

I need more sympathy from staffs

It was so chill, and welcoming and lovely to be in the neighborhood. The family that runs it is gracious and kind. My daughter and I loved it.

The only thing was that we didn’t know we needed to pay with cash until the last evening. So definitely they need to let people know that in advance. Other than that it was exceptional!
