Big apartment, 7 minutes of walking to the old city. Comfortable bed. Breakfast doesn't worth it, one of the worst I had. There is a kitchen in the apartment but no stove or any cooking facilities. Huge cellular anthana is right next to the hotel.

We loved the comfortable beds, good shower, the location, the refreshing pool, breakfast options, free filtered water, nice staff and the cleanliness (new sheets and towels every other day and a sweep and mop through our room, really nice). We had a GREAT stay! The hotel offers a laundry service of 60.000VND p/kg. Our laundry came back really soft and fresh. The city centre is about a 15 minute walk and the beach is 5km away. You can easily take a Grab to the beach or take the free bicycles. They were too small for us though (tall Dutch people: 173 cm and 193 cm haha) but since they were free that's all okay :) The staff is so nice and friendly. We really felt at home. Just a little note: the road around the hotel can be busy in the early morning so bring earplugs for sleeping of you sleep light like me.

Spacious room (studio) with balcony on the top floor. Woken up by the roosters in the early morning. Delightful owners (family), extremely friendly, respectful and hospitality minded, free bicycles to use, 5 min from the old town in a tranquil residential area, a breath of fresh air. Easy to go the historic town by walk or bicycle. Breakfast of your choice, from banana pan cakes, banh mi, to pho, at asked timing. Easy money exchange. Good starting point to go by bicycle to explore the countryside, see the rice paddies, visit the beach (4+ km)

Can be noisy at times.

Cheap hotel, small pool available, not really sunbeds but some chairs. Looks nicer in the pocs than in reality. Friendly staff. Relatively central to old town.

Reading a lot of great reviews about this place we were quite disappointed of our stay. Staff was friendly but did not speak a word English, they also just nodded or said no without understanding what was asked. This lead to them answering there was no breakfast available f.ex., even though we had read it was and the next day saw lots of people finishing meals in the lobby. Rooms were super smelly of mold and humid, several water leaks and mold spots. Bathrooms were with no windows, just open holes to the outside, which lead to less humidity but lots of insects. Also bathroom got flooded everytime you turned the shower on.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean and had an additional room with a kitchen and a dining room just for us. The only noises you hear are from the nature and animals. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the pool. It is some minutes walking from the center in a more quiet area. The wifi was very fast and worked perfectly.

Only cleaned the room 1 time in 7 day stay. Had to ask for fresh towels everyday. Instant coffee? Noisy with machine shop next door. Owner smoking in common area. Bikes not maintained.
