Great design, spacious room and balcony, clean.

Water is slimy, like you can’t get the soap off of you. Yikes. The water is the only part that kinda ruin the experience.

I like the japanese design, especially the onsen bathtub

Need more improvement; such as the drawer in the bathroom.. and then cleanliness of the bathroom is poor

Incredibly stylish place, so beautifully designed and built. The rooms are very spacious, staff are friendly and helpful

I had a very loud neighbour who was on the phone until 3am preaching about Jesus… sadly noise insulation is not great for the rooms on the top floor, probably wouldn’t have been a problem if the people next door weren’t so loud but in this case there should at least be a warning sign to keep it low after 10pm

Great location, room was exactly as pictured. Room always cleaned by house keeping, staff were friendly and always greeted guests with a smile. Property was easy to find when arriving for checking in on day 1, well signed.

Only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom had a musty/ mould type of smell due to being a concrete bathroom.
