the surrounding

staff isn't trained properly, even enter the room without us noticing. when we need the staff, no one standby. Pillow is not comfortable at all, towel is not really clean. Electricity went down several times in the morning.

Nice clean rooms and outside areas, the staff were lovely

Drainage smell, loud music from other customers which was really annoying, I had to ask them to turn it down once, then they turned it up again and then I went and asked the staff to ask them. Which they did. Maybe you should put a sign to say no loud music

The location is really central between Double six Arjuna n Dewi Sri, after busy area you passed you come back again to quiet area in few minutes. The room is massive big!

The staff was great,when I mentioned that no coffee was available in room they went right out and got me some, also some tea,got the safe working for us.The hotel had some interesting artistic looks like a wall made completely from door legs,and a huge surfboard back of the Koi pond

Wish the room had a hair dryer
