Nice quality hotel

Expensive for the price and bugs

Great location and interior design.

The deluxe suite has a spa bathtub. But it was dirty and humid upon arrival. A lot of mold build up in there as well as in the bathroom. Shower curtains were dirty, part of the blinds were missing, towels had holes in them, bedsheets had holes in them.

The hotel design is quite unique.

The room is to noisy in the middle of the night, you can hear lots of people foot stepping so loud and scratching noise from the chair I guess.

The room is great and comfortable.

The water sink under the shower should be repaired and maintained regularly.

The Japanese design is what got us excited to come and the thought we would have a kitchen in the room (which turned out to be a shared kitchen)

The moment we checked in the staff went to the room without us taking an air spray canister. This raised instant suspicion. We noticed the smell of mold in the air and decided its too big of a health risk to stay there. So we asked for a full refund. The lady on the phone, connected through the unknowing front staff, was rude and insisted we cannot get a refund. We insisted they have a noticeable mold problem, at least on the ground floor level. We checked jn somewhere else to sleep. We requested through booking.com to get a refund. They contacted the property but said the property won't refund. So the next day we returned with a third party mold specialist who inspected the property and measured the air. The report confirms different types of mold and mildew in the walls, air, bed, mattress and furniture. We have this report black on white. The staff was there and witnessed the furniture with mold. However they still won't refund.
