The Decor is lovely

Too far away from anything no soul, no service really the staff never spoke or interacted with guests much not how we have found any other hotel in Bali. Towels were disgusting old and small. Is a lovely hotel to look at shame it didn’t have the same feel

Hot water only for about 4 minutes

Beautifully decorated and lovely big rooms with a huge, comfortable bed

great place to stay, feels like home, quite near for public areas

Nice design, spacious room, great location - close to many good places to eat, less expensive area compared to Canggu, great pool

Bathroom is leaking and unpleasant smell coming out of it, room is a bit dark - I stayed on the ground floor, the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor seem to have more sunshine though

Design was super nice, rooms and hotel. Quietness. The lady at the reception was sweet and arranged us to change the room after our complaint. Appreciated it.

Being woke up at 9am the day we were checking out by a receptionist shouting « room payment » while check out is at 12. We were not going to run away without paying, that felt very unpolite and unprofessionnal… The first room we got had a terrible mold and literally piss smell (drain). I know humidity is common in Balinese accommodation but this one was the worst we’ve encountered. Almost unbreathable. In the same room the store curtains didn’t close properly so that we are in complete darkness in the morning. We changed room for our second night. Water is very slimy. Cleanliness of the bathroom isn’t perfect. Only one pillow. Towels are too thin, no small towel. No ashtray in the balcony. Bathtub is just a regular bathtub on your balcony, it’s not « spa ». It’s a bit of a scam because it is very large and of course you don’t get enough hot water to do a relaxing and nice bath… so pretty useless at the end unless you like a cold bath. No restaurant / breakfast or even a bar… The hotel has lots of potential, it needs improvement to be top!
