Residence La Dolce Vita

It was okay, nothing special but totally okay to stay there. Nice view to the sea, close to the centre. We had a little technical problem with the payment the crew was very helpful and we solved it. Also, they helped us a lot with informations about the places nearby, transport etc.

The location of the property allowed for privacy, and the rooftop permitted leisure. Easy access to the small, public beach was enjoyable and made up for the flaws in the property.

We were asked to check-in at a travel agency first before arriving at the accommodation. When I asked the check-in member how far the walk was to the accommodation from the travel agency, she lied and said 5 minutes “down the street”. It was a 20 minute walk UP HILL. Granted, my friend and I were able to manage it, but I would have preferred transparency and honesty. Upon arrival to the accommodation, the air conditioning did not work in our apartment, there were spiders on the ceiling, and ants in the bathroom. Additionally, the listing stated there was a jacuzzi, which there was, but it doesn’t heat up.

The location was really nice in walking distance to Maiori. The view from the balcony was gorgeous!

The musty smell of the apartment. The stains on the bed sheets. They only had coffee for 4 people for one day and we had a booking for two days.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were lovely.

The room was supposed to be a sea view but there was tree in the way. The actually grounds that the apartment was on was run down and overgrown. It was difficult to walk on the pathway down to the beach. Some time and money needs to be spent on maintaining the grounds as it is a good location and the rooms are nice.

Good location outside of the town, but not far from it. It located in small pretty harbor, above the small beach. Fantastic view from the balcony. You can hear sound of waves at night, and birds singing in the morning. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

This wonderful mounty region is full of stairways, you should keep this in mind.

the view, confortable bed, balcony, they managed for a cab to take us from the hotel to the residence. we had two bottles of water in the fridge. there were two AC.

slow communication. we have asked if there is a spot for parking and they answered only when we have been in the reception. bed blanket had blood points. I have asked for new ones when I have found it and în the first instance they told me to come at their hotel in the center of Maiori (15 min walkable) to take a another one (at 21.30). at my insistente they have sent somebody with new blanket. there were just two cups of coffee. one night was pretty cold and tried to use the AC to make the room warmer, but is was setted just for cold. the jacuzzi had only cold water so it can not be used. checkout at 10

The property was good but very disappointed one of the reasons why we booked it is because it was by the ocean and they had a Jacuzzi on the top that was supposed to be hot and it was not hot. You can’t make promises that you can’t keep!
