Little Harbor #205 the place to stay

Great location, nice gym, exceptional view (loved the dolphins!)

Nothing to complain about, if you don’t need a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, etc. are available) :)

I love this Ruskin Area of Florida. I come to this location yearly for my wedding anniversary 💍 💒 ☀️ 🌴 🥥 🩷

I should got the kitchenette or a one-bedroom as usual.

It was a nice spot in the south bay area. Walking distance to two restaurants which had great entertainment and food. Nice waterfront scenery as well.

Typical motel neighbors slamming doors in middle of the night, dogs barking in the hallway and tge smell if weed which is now commonplace almost everywhere you go.

We arrived around 8:30PM after a long drive. The building was difficult to locate, even with Google Maps. Upon arrival, we noticed a rusty bench by the riverbank and a musty odor in the main hallway, possibly from other units. The air conditioner in the hallway was off, and overall, the building had poor air circulation—likely due to many units being unoccupied. Although the property seems set up for Airbnb use (approximately 20 units), only a few vehicles were parked outside. Inside Unit 205, we were immediately met with a strong, unpleasant odor—an overwhelming mix of urine and damp mold. We tried to open the balcony door for ventilation, but there was no screen door or covering, so we had to keep it closed to avoid bugs. The air quality made it impossible to stay, so we informed the owner and left right away. We ended up checking into the nearby Hampton Inn for the night.

This was the perfect place, sunrise on balcony sunset right across street at beach. I will definitely be staying here again!!
