The bed was hard, the bed and sheets were dirty and stained.

The rooms were very clean and the air conditioners were amazingly cold which is what you want on a hot island. the staff was great and accommodating. roof top and views were amazing. lots of cool fruit trees. Great value for your money

The beds were really hard by western standards. The backyard was a bit messy. I feel like if beds were thicker and softer and if they straighten up the backyard this would be a perfect hotel

The worker is so welcoming, just a hard time communicating, but she makes sure I understand. 😊 I like the quite place.

Just need someone present (24/7) at the front desk in case the customer needs something or needs to use the phone to call.

Overall, the staff is VERY friendly but the facilities definitely need some work. Nonetheless, still the best deal you can get on Saipan island.

The facilities need major work. The entire property needs to go through a major decluttiering. The bathrooms of each unit should be PROFESSIONALLY DEEP CLEANED since the shower drain often gets clogged and bugs such as mosquitos and gnats often fly in from the bathroom window and get trapped in the light fixture. The bedsheets and towels were definitely washed and smelling nice but clearly had stains from previous tenants (which isn't a good look).

The host/ manager is a very nice lady and very accommodating to your needs. I would come back just because of her. I liked that there was a shared kitchen that allows you to cook if you want to. There is also a shared washer and dryer that you can use for free.

Only reason why I didn't give it a perfect rating was because of the fridge in the room. It was not cold. If they can replace the small fridges in the rooms, it would be perfect.

The price was great for my budget. The room was fairly clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is fine, but you do need a car since it's not on the main road, and it's pretty far north on the island. Cindy was very helpful and accommodated my 3 a.m. arrival. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, but the view was lacking. However, the view from the parking lot looks out to the ocean, and it's beautiful.

The chickens and roosters that roam around the property were noisy at various times of the day and night. It was a little difficult to find the place when I first arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning because the road system doesn't use building numbers. The GPS told me I had arrived, but I still had another few blocks to go. Thankfully, I called the hotel, and they were able to guide me.
