Saipan Emerald Villa

Good location, very convenient rooms for a big family by staying on the same floor, rent cars are available and friendly staff!

All good except for facility items hygiene issue, especially cutleries, plates, cups, kitchen tools, we hesitated to use all of them since too dirty. The common kitchen was also not clean so we could not cook and decided to use microwave only.

Didn’t stay there. Cancelled my trip but this hotel charged me 😥

The host was very nice, you definitely need a car because of the location, quiet place, clean room with hot water, good value for our money.

Great location on a hill where we could see the ocean (from upstairs rooms). Quiet atmosphere, lots of vegetation and a few pets.

You absolutely need a car.

There was time to “come off of the 23 hour plane flight. This was good , but location is the biggest issue —damn hard to move around—taxis cost should be considered when booking.

This Hotel did not keep a promise. I do not want to talk about in detail. The manager and the hotel owner know all.
