Excellent care from the staff, who were very kind and helpful! The rooms are great and the location is perfect, very close to the palace square and lovely restaurant locations.

I really liked that the room was so spacious and the bathroom had a window. In the room, there was a lot of light, ironing board, kettle and tea, big mirror. Also it was very nice to find high-quality cosmetic products like shower gel, shampoo etc. Nearly everything you would need, was there. The location right on krakowskie przedmieście is amazing. The bed was very comfortable and overall I had a great stay. Also the check-in and check-out process went very smoothly and I had no problems with FV.

It was very difficult to find the entrance. Also once I arrived to the hotel, I thought I am in the wrong place because right at the door there was a huge stack of supplies like toilet papers, water bottles etc. Something you would expect to see in a storage space in the back, not at the main hotel entrance. Keep in mind there is no elevator. Also, I forgot a toothbrush so I asked reception for a kit and apparently it was supposed to be there but the hotel was out of it.

The hotel is in an excellent location right next to the old town, which also means it does not get much traffic around it. Staff are professional although not overly friendly. The room was a good size, clean and very comfortable including air conditioning, which is rare in an older building. The WIFI was of good quality. I did not use any other facilities as I was only in Warsaw one night for dinner with friends.

Nagyszerű a szállás elhelyezkedése. A fürdőszoba felszerelése pipereholmikkal pazar.

Azt hittem, a szoba upgrade-del nagyobb szobát kapok, így is igen szűkös volt. A reggeli a szállodán kívül található, minimális választékkal. Inkább érdemes a környéken nézelődni és beülni egy reggelire.
