Villaggio Calispera

Location and views are was the absolute best in Capo Vaticano. No comparison whatsoever. The staff, especially Michaela and Matteos, were as absolutely warm-hearted and accommodating as you could ever dream of. Just the most beautiful people. They are so sweet! The room and balcony were perfectly clean. Fresh towels and linens. Kitchen was clean and properly stocked. Refrigerator worked. Lights, windows, shutters, shower, faucets, and electrical outlets all functioned properly. Michaela gave good recommendations for restaurants as well as nearby markets for food options. She also gave proper instruction on directions to navigate the villages. I cant say enough good about her. She is the perfect representative for the hotel and ambassador for Capo Vaticano. Upon arrival, there was a slight mix up on which room I had ordered. When I pointed this out, she immediately took steps to happily correct the confusion. She didnt express any annoyance or resistance. She had it corrected within minutes, and I ended up with the premiere room on the property. Top floor with the most panoramic view of the beaches and sea. I cant say enough how much I appreciated that. Forgive me for forgetting the names of the other representatives (Antonio and Giovanni??). However, they were also very kind and accommodating. Truly warm and loving Calabrese souls! The property also had four very adorable cats that the neighboring residents own. I love cats! So it was an added bonus to be approached and loved on by cute kitties! Cats are everywhere in Italy. I loved my visit to Capo Vaticano and am so grateful I found Villagio Calispera!

Nothing I disliked. Only two *very very minor* inconveniences: 1) The one evening became somewhat cold. I tried to turn on the heating unit in my room but it didnt work. The remote control indicated it was in working condition, but I simply couldnt get the corresponding heater to power on. It didn't end up making my evening uncomfortable. The comforters and blankets were more than ample to keep me warm as I slept and as the overnight temperature increased into the early morning. No problem! 2) The seat on the toilet was loose. One of the screws on the back needs to be tightened. That's it! Otherwise it was a perfect experience.

Panorama mozzafiato, struttura comoda e bellissima spiaggia privata, staff sempre gentile, sorridente e attento alle esigenze del cliente, posizione ottimale della struttura.

Rete wifi non ottimale.

struttura bellissima e complessivamente ben tenuta , ha una posizione veramente eccellente con una vista pazzesca, ho apprezzato la spiaggia privata e l'uso piscina anche di sera.

migliorerei la dotazione di stoviglie e pentole e soprattutto di biancheria negli appartamenti . per il resto nulla da dire tutto perfetto.
